Experience

He leads the Tax practice in Paraguay and at the same time is a permanent member of the CPA regional tax practice. This has positioned him as an authority in tax advice at regional level.

For nearly 20 years he has advised diverse local and international clients in the full range of activity sectors on tax computation and tax consultancies, focusing on minimizing costs and improving efficiency.

He also has broad experience in certification, advice and handling of tax credit recoveries and overpayments for export companies.

Pedro is a member the steering committees of two major institutions in the Paraguay business ecosystem: the Paraguay-Argentina Chamber of Commerce and the Paraguayan chapter of the International Fiscal Association (IFA)
