Experience

She is a member of the CPA FERRERE Talent and Organizational Transformation team.

Her practice focuses on talent attraction and selection, with experience in the design of competency-based job profiles, psychotechnical and performance evaluations, as well as in training processes, organizational climate and culture.

She has worked in human resources at national and multinational companies since 2014, which has allowed her to develop a solid profile in people management and organizational transformation.

She holds a degree in Psychology from the School of Psychology of Universidad de la República, where she also obtained a graduate specialization in Occupational Psychology and Psychotechnical Evaluation. In addition, she has a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Universidad ORT Uruguay, and has complemented that training with various courses in competency-based management, recruitment and people development.
