Gabriel Silveira
Gabriel Silveira earned his degree as public accountant from Universidad de la República, a Master’s in Technology Business Management from Universidad ORT (Uruguay), and a postgraduate specialization in Big Data Analytics.
Experience
He leads the Digital Transformation and Analytic Intelligence practices, supporting companies on technology-based transformation processes.
He has vast experience in implementation of business management technologies, particularly in integrated management systems (ERP), information analysis systems for decision making (BI), and advanced stock management (WMS/MRP).
He has also led projects for business/organizational redesign, defining the Digital Transformation strategy for companies in diverse sectors (Retail, Finance, Agroindustry, among others).
He also heads up the Cybersecurity practice, preparing organizations for early incident detection and impact management. He specializes in defining NIST-based cybersecurity management models, risk management and operating process optimization with a focus on security.
He is an instructor in Management Tools for Decision Making and in Databases at Universidad ORT (Uruguay).
