Experience

Her practice focuses on leading organizational transformation processes that combine strategic vision and operating execution. She accompanies organizations in different public and private spheres on designing more efficient structures, technologies, management models aligned with strategic objectives, and collaborative environments that facilitate change implementation.

She leads projects for organizational redesign, change management and strategic planning, generating collaborative environments where senior management and operating teams construct joint solutions. Her approach brings together the development of internal capacities and implementation of innovative practices that strengthen alignment between persons, processes and business objectives.

She is currently enrolled in a master’s program in Organizational Studies and holds a degree in Corporate Communication. She complements her training with specializations in innovation--including diplomas in strategic innovation, governability and public innovation, and Design Thinking™ as well as certifications in change management (Prosci®) and Individual Coaching (Casa Gestalt).

She has been an instructor of Change Management at Universidad ORT and actively participates in professional networks related to organizational change. Her profile combines systemic thinking, clear communication and continuing learning to support creative and effective solutions for the challenges faced by organizations.
